Welcome back for our monthly update on A VERY KLAUS CHRISTMAS. We wanted to let you know that we are still on track for a November 2023 delivery and that both Grant Morrison and Dan Mora have signed bookplates for your SIGNED SLIPCASE HC & DELUXE MERCH SETS, GOLDEN EDITION "SATCHEL" SETS, and BOOM! ELITE "SATCHEL" SETS.
Those signatures are on their way to the distribution centers and will be tipped into the books as a part of our packing process to get them over to you!

Hey there, comics fans!
Welcome back for our monthly update on A VERY KLAUS CHRISTMAS. As of right now, we are still on track for a November 2023 delivery. The books have been designed and uploaded to the printer. From here, our team will work with them to triple check both digital and physical proofs, materials, and embellishments to ensure that we’re producing and delivering the highest quality product.
Also a reminder that we’ve closed out all surveys and locked orders, but will not be charging your card for shipping until October 6th, 2023. If you are having trouble finding your survey, please use Backerkit’s survey recovery page!
And finally, feast your eyes on the original art pages that we received earlier this month, from Dan Mora! Dan generously provided a combination of hand-painted interiors, splash pages, key scene pages, and even a couple of covers for our amazing Elite customers. They have arrived safe and sound at Santa’s workshop (AKA BOOM! Studios HQ) and will be heading to our fulfillment center closer to shipping!

Hey there, comics fans!
Hope you all are doing well. We’re rocking and rolling over here, putting together your Klaus hardcovers and other merchandise, and things are moving along nicely! As of right now, we are still on track for a November 2023 delivery.
With that in mind, we wanted to send over a few quick updates and reminders:
As you probably saw, your survey in Backerkit closed on March 6th. With that, we’ve also locked your order, but will not be charging your card for shipping until October 6th, 2023. If you are having trouble finding your survey, please use Backerkit’s survey recovery page!
We’ve also prepared a handy dandy video for anyone who needs to change their address in Backerkit. We understand that oftentimes people move during a campaign so if you need to make an update, here’s how!
Dan Mora, artist extraordinaire on KLAUS, is a Featured Guest at C2E2 taking place from March 31 to April 2 for those of you who are traveling to that show or who live in the area. Drop by and say hi if you can!

Update on Shipping

Hey there, comics fans!
As promised, we are getting back to you regarding the higher than expected shipping costs on this campaign.
At this time, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a reduction in shipping costs. We’ve spent the past few weeks working with our shipping and fulfillment partners to see what was possible and unfortunately, the rates that were presented in Backerkit are the best that we can offer (without taking a significant risk in shipping out books & merch that are not packed and shipped properly). We again apologize for the surprise and that we are unable to lower the costs of shipping.
As a consolation, we are going to be including a copy of the original printing of Klaus Pen & Ink, our oversized issue of Klaus #1 & #2 which spotlights Dan Mora’s lineart along with annotations from Dan and Grant Morrison, free of charge to all customers who pre-ordered a physical pledge of $35 or more!
We’ll be leaving surveys open until March 6, 2023 to give you time to adjust your orders before we charge cards. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns and we’ll be happy to address them through the [email protected] email.
